Chris develops agreements to acquire fuel for energy conversion and offtake. He also works on real estate or lease agreements; engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts; operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements; and contracts that involve any other commercial business needs during the life cycle of a given project.
