Although directed at the Swiss government, the judgment extends to all Council of Europe member states and obligates them to revise their climate policies.

Shelby’s first years in the workforce as an account executive solidified her love of research and strategy, and she enjoyed using her writing skills to bring companies and people together. But she also wanted a continue to grow these skills, so she headed to law school where she focused on transactional law classes, while also working for the student arm of a private equity firm.
